SBN CONNECT

is a pre-entrepreneurship programme connecting 18–24 year olds across Scotland with the global Scottish diaspora. No business idea required. Just ambition.

Scotland faces a generational confidence crisis. Our 18–24 year olds have grown up through a decade of financial instability, a global pandemic, and a cost-of-living emergency and much more. This is the Polycrisis Generation.

The talent is there, but the exposure is missing. SBN Connect is here to change that by putting young people in the room with the Scottish diaspora's most inspiring business builders. We focus on the "pre-decision" space: the critical moment before you ever think of yourself as a founder.
