If you are aged 18 to 24 and based in Scotland, SBN Connect is your direct link to a global business community who can help guide your career. You don’t need a fully formed business plan, a wealth of experience, or even a specific idea of what you want to do. You just need the drive to build something for yourself, the curiosity to learn, and the ambition to see how far you can go.

Scotland faces a generational confidence crisis. Our 18–24 year olds have grown up through 20 years of financial instability, a global pandemic, divided political discourse, a cost-of-living emergency and much more - all viewed through the lens of the negative first framing of international news and online discourse. This is the Polycrisis Generation.
