SBN CONNECT

is a pre-entrepreneurship programme connecting 18–24 year olds across Scotland with the global Scottish diaspora. No business idea required. Just ambition.

Scotland faces a generational confidence crisis. Our 18–24 year olds have grown up through 20 years of financial instability, a global pandemic, divided political discourse, a cost-of-living emergency and much more - all viewed through the lens of the negative first framing of international news and online discourse. This is the Polycrisis Generation.


The talent is there, but the optimism is missing. SBN Connect is here to change that by putting young people in the room with the Scottish diaspora's most inspiring business builders. We focus on the pre-decision space, reaching young people at the critical moment before they ever think of themselves as an entrepreneur or business leaders.
