Michelle shares her story about helping amputee veterans retrain.

Scotland's Bravest Manufacturing Company is Scotland's leading social enterprise for employing ex-forces.

Their new commercially viable factory boasts state-of-the art technology and will provide jobs and support to those brave men and women adjusting to life outside the military. Some may be learning to live with an injury or disability, others may need support adapting to civilian life.

The factory is competing for contracts in the private and public sectors. The model is based on Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company in Kent also a division of Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI).

Michelle summed it up nicely when she said; "The people we help have gone through life changing, extremely traumatic events, and they are here to work hard and learn new skills"
